For more than 30 years, Courtney H. Carter has built a distinguished career in the entertainment industry — combining disciplined leadership with a deep-rooted passion for music, performance, and live production. His work reflects a relentless commitment to excellence, innovation, and flawless execution on some of the world’s biggest stages.
As a Production and Tour Manager, he has mastered the complex orchestration of live entertainment — overseeing logistics, budgets, scheduling, travel, vendor coordination, and artist relations with strategic precision.
Today, he serves as Owner of FullCourt — the governing entity behind a portfolio of brands spanning music, entertainment, management, beverages, apparel, and nonprofit development.
